ANIMATION HIGHLIGHT: Obake-Chan (2015)

Here's yet another from the Nihon Animator Expo. This one is directed by Shigeto Koyama, who worked as a mechanical designer on Disney's 'Big Hero 6' as well as on 'Gundam: Reconguista in G.'

The story is a bunch of totally random and cute off-the wall episodic shorts about a girl who believes she's a ghost!
